Still trying to shake off the last of those winter blues? Maybe a little drifting mixed with casual carnage will help.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the 21st Annual Walk for Autism hosted by the Autism Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania and congratulations to those of you who just completed our first PAOHNY Drift clinic of the season! The season has kicked off successfully and we're sliding full force into May with something for everyone. Whether you're looking to get out and tap some walls yourself, watch the best drivers in the country compete for cold hard cash and their PRO Spec license, or you just want to bring the family out for a night of bangin' good fun it's happening at Lake Erie Speedway this month.

GREAT LAKES PRO-AM SERIES ROUND #1: MAY 20-21

The very first round of the season will kick off with qualifying on Friday, May 20th followed by the competition on Saturday, May 21. Watch as some of the best drifters in the country race for a $1000 purse and a chance to get their PRO Spec license. It's a great time to witness the thrill of the sport yourself; tickets for spectating are live on the site. Registration for drivers is SOLD OUT.

SPRING MATSERIE

Everyone's favorite drift weekend is back! Join us for three days of drifting action with non-stop entertainment for the whole family. With several racing classes you get a real taste of what the sport is all about. Throughout the weekend there will be games, awards, Spectator Drags, and the Soft Gripp car show on Sunday. You may have missed out on driver registration for the Pro-AM series, but spaces are still open for the MatsErie. Head over to the site for more info.

CRASH-A-RAMA

You won't want to miss the "wildest show on wheels" presented by Jamestown Mattress. Rain or shine these guys come out and show up. We've got school busses doing figure 8s at top speed, campers and trailers gunning it around the course, drivers slamming each other around with their hoods up, along with enduro racing, flag pole racing, and skidd carz. As if that's not enough action on its own, we finish the night off with an awesome fireworks display. It's fun for everyone on May 28th at Lake Erie Speedway.
